Hi DANIELLA -- Well, in my attempt to not obsess as much, I stopped carrying around my "cycle calendar" everywhere I go a while back . So, let me see what I have on my regular calendar regarding my lh surge and a/f. From what I can tell I am getting a/f on or around 14 days after I presume I have ovulated based on the OPK. As I mentioned in the past, I will often have two days with a + OPK so I would count following the 2nd + result. Here is how many days I got a/f after the LH Surge was detected and how long my cycle was for the cycles I have had so far this year: Jan/Feb = 13 days after w/a 34 day cycle. Feb/Mar = 14 days after w/a 37 day cycle. Mar/April = 14 days after w/a 31 day cycle. April/May - 14 days after w/a 31 day cycle. May/June = 16 but most likely 15 days after (this was when I only had 5 strips left and was only able to test up to the first +opk - most likely I would have had a + the next day too which still would have made it 15 days) and had a 34 day cycle. Does this help? I feel like my cycles have been looking pretty good. That ia assuming I am ovulating when I see the surge. This is my 3rd month of taking my BBT in the morning. The first two months it did appear like I had the therman shift after presumed ovulation. What are your thoughts? Dawn
