Hey Jessi after reading all your symptoms and such I was wondering if they gave you an ultrasound? You could be pregnant having a miscarriage and the levels have dropped so much they can't be picked up by a urine pregnancy test, maybe not even a blood test. Or you might have fibroids which is pretty serious in itself so either way you SHOULD get a ultrasound done to make sure everything is functioning and well in their. Good luck
