I can go to a different doctor, but I just want to make sure that the one I choose is someone whom I can trust, and who I know will listen to my concerns, and not brush me off like nothing is going on. Something is definitely going on. Like I said, considering the fact that I am over 10 weeks late I’m thinking that I am either pregnant or something is very wrong. I went to a clinic the other day because they do ultrasounds, so I went there thinking I could get an ultrasound done, but they didn’t do one. They had me do a urine pregnancy test, and since it came out negative they said that they wouldn’t do the ultrasound. My mother was the same way when she was pregnant with my sister many years ago. She didn’t find out she was pregnant until she was almost 4 months along. Her doctor kept telling her that she wasn’t pregnant, but she was definitely pregnant considering my sister is now 17 years old. I was cleaning the other day, and it just wore me out. I was doing a lot of bending, and it was killing my back. I was having cramps really bad and when I went to the bathroom, I noticed I was spotting so I laid down on my couch for a while, and the spotting stopped. I don’t know what that was all about, but it makes me believe that I really am pregnant even though every home pregnancy test says otherwise. I have back pain, nausea, and lately vomiting and breast tenderness. I know I don’t have the flu or something like that because my doctor ruled that out when I went to see her, so something is definitely going on. I just think it’s a shame when doctors try to convince you that everything is ok, even though your body is telling you differently. Regardless of whether or not I’m pregnant, I still need to know what is going on and what is causing me to be so late.
