Wendy, I was so sick through my entire pregnancy that I had to take medication a half hour before I ate anything in order to keep it down. I was worried about taking the medication but if I didn't I would vomit until my stomach was empty. I had a very healthy baby boy. Once you hold that baby you won't care how sick you were....and won't really care about going through it again for another little one. I am currently trying for number two.
