Hi all, I usually have my af "on-time" on a 28 day cycle. I was 10 days late just this week. Last week there were very odd weather changes... like hot sunny windy day to very cold day... basically the weather was all over the place (Sydney, Australia). Plus not to mention the stress at work. After my 10 days being late, I had spotting for a day then my normal 1st day period flow.
I was worried as my fiance uses condoms all the time and he always checks and gives the okay. So, I guess the combined weird weather and stress delayed my period this month (or "reset", whichever way you look at it).
