I had this happen to me with two of my pregnancies. I knew I was pregnant and the test came up negative twice before eventually a faint line appeared almost a week after. A friend of mine also had it happen to her, she knew she was pregnant and had 3 false tests and eventually was diagnosed with a blood test.
A womans intuition is usually very strong, so go with your gut feeling about how you feel.
