Pregnancy Info HOME

Ok so I'm lost....With my first pregnacy i knew right away that I was pregnant by a home test. I'm 4 days late the home test EPT and clear blue easy are comming back negative. I took a test today and it had a slight second line. The doctor did a urine but he hasn't called me back like he was supposed to and I'm thinking it came back negative and that I'm gonna have to take a blood test. I'm always on time. 28 days liek clock work. The only signs I've been having are the sore nipples the discharge and being really tired. I don't know could I be pregnant? maybe? If anyeone can help it would be great.
