hi everyone, i had an ultrasound at 18 weeks and they found a calcium deposit on my baby boys heart. i cryed all day and the next. got a second ultra sound 2 days later and was told the same thing, a white spot in his heart and of course that it could be a sign of ds. my doctor said he has had many women with this and that he hasnt seen ds in any of them. im so scared, that i havent enjoyed my pregnancy since then..i have two other children 10 and 8, very healthy thank God., i had them when i was in my 20s. now that i am 36 i m thinking i shouldn't have waited this long for my third,. becuz of the risks....this site has given me some peace of mind and i thank you all for writing about your situations. it is so comforting to here of all those ladys that wrote with the news of their healthy deliveries. i hope that i will soon write about my healthy delivery. im bearly 20 weeks but i will write when i deliver, i promise.. i havent had any tests done and wont get any done just the sonos. ill get another sono on 6/14.. ill let you all know how that goes. i pray for all our babys to be blessed with health. carlasez
