You had better be damn sure that guy isn't going to have any interest in parenting after the baby is born. Legally, he has the rights and you don't. Have you drafted any sort of contract with an attorney? Or have anything in writing for that matter? Is he willing to give up parental rights after the birth? What if he changes his mind and wants to be the daddy after he see's the baby? This seems a bit sketchy to me, like you haven't thought through all the possible scenarios. How old are you by the way?
