i was outside the day after i was out of the hospital and went to my moms (5 hours away) when baby was 4days old. It took me about a week to be able to sit again without being sore, and doc says about 6 weeks to heal completly internaly. ive never heard of not being aloud outside untill you are healed. If your going to breast feed it will be harder for you to leave baby, but its still possible. id enjoy your concert.
