Pregnancy tests don't lie, if it says you are pregnant, then you are. There are a couple other things that can cause a positive test. If you had an ovarian cyst, they sometime produce the hormone detected on hpt's. But 99% if it says you are then you are. Make an appt. with your dr and start prenatal care very soon. Especially if you have already missed 2periods, you are probably anywhere from 8-12wks along already. Good luck.
