BWIND, I must say (and I hope you do not take offense)...to advise to put ketchup on ANYTHING is so fricking unhealthy and disgusting. Your doc is a quack. Change to a more healthy natural doc. Ketchup has as much sugar as ice cream, so could imagine saying..."put ice cream on anything you don't like." Some "professionals" so stupid!!!!
