My good friend has a little girl (now 2.5) who has been extremely loud since birth. Yelling, screaming...just very very vocal. It's also an indicator of her personality type. She is very assertive and stubborn. But that is just who she is. She can also be lovely and sweet. I think you may just need to accept that that is how your dd expresses herself.
