Beef "enchiladas" - 1to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 1 can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce, chili beans, Salsa, Cheddar Cheese, large tortilla shells....preheat oven to350, mix fried ground beef with 1/2 can of enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup salsa....warm on stove...add chili beans (whatever amount you desire)...fill tortilla shells and fold....cover with remaining enchilada sauce, top with cheddar cheese, bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
