EASY--- add 2 or 3 large bonless skinless chicken breasts in crock pot. Cover with two cans of Cambell's Chicken Gumbo soup, 1 can of chicken broth, and one can of diced tomatoes or if you don't like tomatoes, then just do the tomatoe sauce (but only a small can). let it cook for 6 to 8 hours and then shred or whole and top over some steamed rice...yum!
