Here's an easy one for baby back ribs. Put these ingredients in your crock pot IN THIS ORDER: Cut an onion into quarters (or 16th's if it's a large one). Add 3 peeled carrots cut into 1 inch large slices. Add 2 celery stalks cut into 1 inch slices. Or you can buy pre-cut pre-washed carrots and celery if you want. Pour in some apple juice or orange juice enough to nearly cover the veggies. Add a slab or 1/2 slab of baby back ribs meat side down. Sprinkle salt or garlic salt on the ribs first. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 1/2 hours. In the last hour or half hour of cooking turn the ribs over and brush on some BBQ sauce (my fave is KC Masterpiece original). The ribs should be nice and tender and if you added enough juice to cover the meat the meat will even fall off the bone so add more or less juice to your liking.
