I found a bunch of crockpot recipes on about.com You might want to check them out. I only tried one so far... the chicken stew and it was yummy! Crockpots are great! They make the whole kitchen (and sometimes a few other rooms) smell great and after all that waiting and smelling, it's dinner time! I guess its the anticipation... not sure, but they make dinner great!
