Well what about a meatloaf or something...its not extremely healthy but you can do it how I make it...for every 1 pound of meat (I'm sure you can replace it with some ground turkey or something to make it healthy) add 1 egg and 1 can of tomato sauce. Cut some onions, carrots and celery and crackers (you can always do crackers that aren't salted and have lower sodium or something) and mix it together...throw it in the oven on 425 for about 45 minutes. Then boil some corn on the cob, green beans and or make a nice mixed veggie over rice and eat it like that. I don't know if that helps at all, but its a fun one I like
