When I make meatloaf I use the lipton onion mix with two eggs, some worshishire sauce, salt and pepper and bread crumbs you can buy at the store. Then I lay half of the mixture in the meatloaf pan, lay provolone cheese and a few slices of proscuitto ham from the deli and then lay the rest of the meat down atop it. Spread some ketchup on top and cook it uncocered for about an hour!
