I think it might be too soon to take a test. Sometimes the hormones aren't present in your urine to take an accurate test. Blood tests are more accurate but the hormones have to be there. It took me 8 weeks to realize I was pregnant with my second.

Symptoms usually don't show up until you are at least 5 weeks along. But I would wait a week and try another test. I hope this information comes to you after you get your period. Good luck
