First, No, you cannot get pregnant from anal sex unless like the other woman have stated, sperm leaks out and into the vaginal opening.
Secondly, anal sex does not "lead" to HIV. If you do not use protection and your partner is infected with HIV of course you will be suseptable to contracting it. Lastly, other than moving around and trying to get the baby to change his or her position, you cannot ease the pain of the baby kicking.
