What I understand is that if you have sex after the baby has dropped you can bring on labor. Apparantly there is some sort of hormone in sperm which can induce labor . As well, having orgasms can bring on contractions. As far as I know there is no benifit to having sex prior to the baby dropping except that it's always nice to do so.
