Hi Kalispell, I used the Lansinoh soft breastpads and they worked very well. I tried many different kinds and these seemed to feel soft, comfortable and form to the breast shape well. I found some companies made flat disk shaped pads that puckered when put in your bra. The lansinoh kind have a gathering on each side. They were from 6-8 a box I think and I only used them really for the first 3 months or so and then I just stopped leaking so much. The firs tfew months at least for me were the worst for the leakage.
