It seems she is getting food, and water into her system so she is receiving nourishment. At least that takes the pressure off a bit.

Is she possibly teething, so sucking at the breast/bottle could be causing her pain? That is one thing to think about, I have read much about that being a problem.

So, she isn't feeling very well and not acting like your normal happy bub, and that is why. I'm sure once you get through this she will return to being that little girl.

I would be extremely upset, so understandable of course to be so stressed. Her regular doctor hasn't seen her yet? It is very upsetting to me that they have not been able to squeeze you in somewhere, especially with this problem. Can you ask to speak with your doctor over the phone, email them a brief synopsis of each day, and include doctor/hospital visits so that he/she has a good overview before speaking with you?

I would just demand - again, and again that she gets the medical attention that you feel she needs. You are her mom, and you know best.

Good luck, and if you can, post what ends up happening. Hope your girl feels much much better, quickly!
Take care, michelle
