My mother-in-law is a Certified Lactation Consultant and this is the advice she gave to me to give a friend in the same shape. Have someone besides yourself give the baby his bottle, preferably while you are not in the room. Give small bottles at first, and not when he's very hungry. Also don't try bottles when he's tired, or sick and in need of the comfort of the breast. Your baby can smell your milk, and associates you with the breast, this is why it is better for someone else to do this. The baby is more likely to accept the bottle if he's not very hungry or in need of the comfort only you can provide. I hope this helps.
