Hmm Ellie was a late smiler. She was not a happy newborn and they thought she had colic and acid reflux but it turns out she has neither... so she didn't smile until she was 3 months... then she laughed about 2 weeks later. And she would only laugh right before her bath. She didn't actively laugh or smile until she stopped breastfeeding and now she does it ALL the time :)
