The month before a few days after my period I had cramping in what seemed to be my left ovary. It almost felt like ovulation cramps but a bit more painful... but the same type of pain, you know? Unfortunately I have no insurance right now. I had to cancel the appointment I finally had with my doctor for a check up and to get Mirena. I went down to his office to make the appointment and when I got home my mom was asking me how I planned to pay for it and I was like what do you mean it's like a 5 dollar co-pay and she said that I didn't have any insurance when I turned 18. I applied for government aid three weeks ago (just for insurance, I was able to convince her I didn't need any farther assistance) but I haven't heard anything back.
