So let's assume that her report of being on her period April 7th is not true, and in fact she was close to ovulation. She would be due for her period in the middle of the coming week, and could have started experiencing pregnancy signs in the middle of this past week. A test using first pee on Sat 25th should be pretty reliable, though it might be necessary to repeat a week later. Other pregnancy signs could include more frequent peeing, unusual vaginal discharge, signs from boobs, nips, emotions, cramps, backache, dreams, acne, dizzy moments, diarrhea, runny nose, smell sensitivity etc., assuming the signs are different from her normal PMS. Good luck!
