Joker, I dont know what all you have done in "trying" but here is what we found. We tried for a year and a half b/f my myo. and before we knew what was wrong. We did 6 IUIs but we started slower. We started with simply taking low doses of Clomid and getting my blood drawn on day 21 to see if I had ovulated. It took a few months to get me going and we just kept raising the dosage until it worked. Then we moved to day 10 sonograms. This allowed us to actually see the follicles, how many and how big. We did this and had a trigger shot to make me ovulate (if 1 or more was big enough) within 24 hours. I liked this b/c we knew WHEN and IF to try. We did that with well times "trying" for a while then moved to IUIs. When we did that of course there was a sperm test. His count was low at first, but went up. Since my surgery we havent been able to try b/c of my blood thinners, but will be starting in a couple of weeks!!!!! After my next period, I have to have the HSG test and am freaking out about it. I have heard bad things! As long as the tubes stayed clear we will start naturally again. There are so many things that you CAN to, just start small. Remember, that Clomid can cause fibroids if taken for more than 6 months. My Dr wasnt concerned about that (although I had been told that there was already a fibroid) and I was on it for 12+ months. Hince, my uterus filled with fibroids followed by a blood clot!!! Good luck! Try all you can...that's the fun part!!!!
