I started bleeing about three days after the MTX shot. And it hurt ALOT. I wound up going to the hospital because I was throwing up. It turned out to just be a reaction from the pain but they checked me for hemmorraging because I was hurting so bad. So get some good pain killers if you can and hold on tight. It might not be so bad for you, but it could be worse. I suggest percocet if you can get your doctor to give you some, because the vicoden didn't work for me. Hope you get through everything okay.
