Vanella, thanks for the info... It's been a week since I had the shot and still no bleeding yet, but I saw my doc yesterday and she said that my hcg levels aren't dropping fast enough, so i'll have to have another shot on Friday or Saturday. My levels were 44,000 last Wednesday - down to 33,000 Friday and only to 32,000 on Monday. Because my ectopic was on the scar of my c-section, there's major concern of hemmorhaging when it starts because it's also touching a blood vessel... worst case scenario is a hysterectomy to control the bleeding - fingers crossed that we don't have to go that route. Doc is hoping that the metho will dissolve most of the tissue before the bleeding begins.
