I have had a similar story but A not so happy ending, I found out I was pregnant in april I had some pain on my right side, went to the er and they did an ultrasound they found a sac but no embreo they thought it had been to early, I was 5 weeks so the next day I went to my dr. and he found the heartbeat and all looked well, went back to the dr. for a monthly checkup on 5-19-05 and he did another ultrasound, I was supposed to be 10 weeks and there was no heartbeat and the measurements said I was only 7 1/2 so there was no heart beat for weeks I had a dnc the following day, It is definitly a tramatic experience and I pray that more people have miracles like I have read on this site, GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
