You guys should check out these web sites. branwen.com/rowan/oxalate.htm & missionpharmacal.com/urocitk/sp_diet.htm it tells us what foods contain haigh, medium & low oxalate. Cocoa, Tea... contain HIGH OXALATE very BAD. I too plan to get pregnant this year. I've had 3 stones within 3 years and I think I migh have another one right now. I want to go through a kidney treatment b/4 getting pregnant to reduce my chances of creating a stone. But the doctors don't seem to care about my pain or kidney stone history, all they do is write it down & test me for UTI. On Friday I'm going to the neuprhologist for an ultra sound on my kidneys. Does anyone have questions I might ask.
