Hi, exactly one week after giving birth to my first child (by c-section), I had a kidney stone attack. The pain was terrible so I called my OB's office in the middle of the night (thinking the pain was related to my c-section) and they had me go immediately to the ER. After a catscan they found that I had 3 stones. I was put on morphine for the pain and kept in the hospital for 3 days. None of the stones would pass so the Dr removed one surgically and put a stint in for a week. The other two stones were removed 2 week laters by blasting. I have been wondering what would happen if I got a kidney stone during pregnancy all of your answers have been very helpful.
