De Anna If you dont pass the stones and they are not causing you not to urinate.. you should be able to have a vaginal delvery.. heck the epidural they give will help with the stones.. they would probably then take care of the stone(s) once your baby is born and your still in the hospital. best of luck to you.. p.s. you dont like water try cranberry juice.
