If you are having pain in your back/flank, there's a good chance. Otherwise, maybe not. Generally, with kidney stones there is also blood in the urine (can't necessarily see it - it is in the test), but sometimes not. The pain tends to build to a crescendo, then maybe slack off, then build again. For me, pacing around makes it feel a bit better sometimes. It may also trigger back spasms which clamp down even harder on the ureter (with the baby in there, and a spasm in the back, and a stone, there's not much room!).
