Mine was the same - about 6 months pregnant with all 3, I had attacks, and then again later on a few times. No stones found. We believe that it just got crowded in there, and the ureter got caught between the baby and something hard - either the pelvis one time, or more often a hard spasming back muscle. Liquid morphine was the only way through for me - usually the attack would go away in 1-3 days. I wonder whether a muscle relaxant would've helped. Anyway, I'm over 37 weeks with my last pregnancy, getting lots of small contractions, so I know it's almost over, FOREVER! If I get another attack at this stage, I'll just have the baby.
