I don't know if muscle relaxer would've helped. probably not. The pain from the attack only lasted maybe 5 hours to where it was excruitating after that it was just really sore. The only thing that worked for me was demerol through IV and hip, and Phenegrin. Other that, the pain remained and I got no rest. They gave me Vicodin to take at home, and that didn't even help with pain, just knocked me out for an hour or so, to where I could get at least a lil bit of rest. Thank you! and goodluck to you too.
