I am 22 weeks pregnant & have had a kidney stone since I was 2 months along. My urologist tells me there is pretty much nothing they can do about it unless they put a stent in but from the sounds of it, it is really painful-maybe more than the stone pain itself. Today I've been miserable. Nausea, dizzy, and really horrible flank & back pain & now the pain is even hurting my hip & leg. I had an ultrasound done at 18 weeks & I still have fluid around my kidney. Anyway, just wanted to know if there is any other options for removal of the stone while pregnant besides just getting a stent put in? Thanks!!
