Renae, I'm in almost the same situation. I am 23 weeks with a 5cm fibroid along with three smaller ones from 1-2cm. I was really worried about what might happen and still am, but thankfully I haven't had any major pain or symptoms yet. I only worry because the big one is under the placenta, so the doctor told me that puts me at higher risk of preterm labor or abruptio placenta, but she said due to small size it's not likely, plus the baby is doing great growth wise. It's just scary not knowing what direction they will go from week to week. She said many women deliver fine with several even larger than the ones we have.
