Jess i will let you know how my birth experience goes. for now we are not sure whether we are going natural or c-section as yet. i am open to what is best for baby and me. christina, i am terribly sorry for your loss. it must feel like an emotional roller coaster ride. first the good news of pregnancy, then the news of fibroid, then the heartbeat, then miscarriage. stay strong. second, be happy for others who have their babies, not jealous. that's how God will bless you. it is a real gift for us to reach this far and whether we feel pain or not during our pregnancy, who is to say which of us will miscarry. the doctor's don't know. some of us have fibroids the size of a grapefruit and some limes, but the ones with the large fibroids may go on to deliver. there is no answer . once diagnosed with fibroids in pregnancy, women are usually monitored closely. believe it or not, there is not much that the doctors can do besides recommend bed rest and pain medication for us. after that it is all up to nature. they certainly should not operate on the fibroids. what do you think the doctors could have done for you? ...we can all wonder what if, but th truth is that some will carry and some will not. the thing is to never give up! seek the answer from specialists (are they sure the fibroids were the cause of the miscarriage?) , have the fibroids removed, speak to others in your situation, do your own research, get family support....whatever it takes to get your heart's desire. this is your journey, which will be different from some others...but you are not alone, and hopefully we all reach the same road in the end....babyland. i want to read next year this time that you had or are having a nice healthy baby!
