Melissa- I had a miscarriage back in aug and have one large fibroid that is 9 cm on my left side in the wall of my uterus. I'm also confused as what to do because my doctor wants me to come back in 3months for another u/s and told me that I can start trying again if the fibroid isn't going into the endometrium wall. Which I was already told it wasn't. I'm alittle scared to get pregnant with what happen to the last pregnancy (hematoma under the baby's placenta that detached the placenta). One doctor told me that the fibroid had nothing to do with losing the pregnancy and another doctor told me that the fibroid left my uterus an odd shape and that is why the hematoma started when the baby attached and got larger. I don't know what to think. I'm 35 and will be 36 at the end of January. I'm still not over this miscarriage and somedays I want to have a baby so bad and other days I don't want anything to do with what I went through with my miscarriage. I do think you should get a second opinion by a high risk doctor as I'm planning on doing when my three months are up. Good Luck and God Bless!
