hello ladies. well I had to tell you guys this one. I have a large one 12cm and I miscarried in July. Based on how it happened, it was probably an incompetent cervix, meaning I was fully diulated with no pain by the time I got to the hospital. But I am sure that the fibroid did not help. Well in my recovery, I did everything in my power to find out why it happened and to make sure that I did all I could to make sure that it does not happen again. I have met with 4 doctors, and all are on the fence execpt for one. She told me to have the operation. She told me that I would never be able to carry to term if I did not. She then told me that before the operation she wanted to inject me with Lupron. That would put me in a menapusal state and would help with the bleeding associated with the surgury. Well am 30 years old and the thought of that so young, freaked me out more than the fibroid. Am glad to read your posts. Helps me feel better with my decision not to have the operation.
