MelissaK - I have decided to have my OB do the surgery. He did my c-section and I did get another opinion last week that he is a good surgeon for the myo so that is comforting. If the specialist recommends your OB, that could provide some comfort -- it can't hurt to ask to hear what the specialist has to say. We are about to go on vacation (tomorrow) - partly to have some fun before being out of commission for a little while, like your husband suggested -- so I will be offline for a week, then I have an MRI to confirm the recommendation of the myo.
