Rowena,
I'm 10 w 6d and I have a fibroid similar to yours. 10 cm at front of my uterus. I get some occassional pain on my side (lasts 2-3 hours, not cramping) about 2-3 times a week and I get nauseaous in the evenings. I guess I'm getting used to it now. I'm not sure if this is due to fibroid or a normal symptom of being pregnant. For me, what I've realized is that I get the pain when I don't take enough breaks. I tend to work straight 8 hour days and I've realized that I need to slow down and I've had to take walks and leave early, because when I push myself to finish my 8-hour day, then I feel sick and I'm in pain for the next 3-4 hours. Hope you feel better. I can't imagine having to go through 2 m/c. I saw a nurse recently that told me to stop worrying about things I can't control. She was right, I don't know what will happen with the fibroid, but I need to take care of things I have control over, like resting when I feel tired, exercising, and eating nutritiously. That's all I can do at this point and wish for the best.
