Thanks Joker and Leilani14 for the info on stomach size. I caved and went out and bought a few maternity pants and I feel so much more comfortable! Zephyr, I agree totally with Skn331. The reason they found all of my fibroids was because of the pain I was having with my periods. When I got pregnant, I was told that they would cause pain and that sometimes(rare cases) it can get so bad people are hospitalized from the pain. I know it is frustrating when a doctor is telling you something that you feel is incorrect. The problem with fibroids and doctors is that they all have their own comfort level with fibroids since they are so unpredicable and not a lot is known about them. Everyone seems to have a different experience with them. Doctors in the same practice have told me different things from get them out now to they will not case any problems with my pregnancy. Follow your gut instinct. I would get a second opinion.
