Hello all. Just a quick run down on my story. This is my second pregnancy because the first one ending very sadly at 19 weeks. I have a 11cm fibroid that is on my left side close to my cervix. My new doctor and I decided to put in a cerclage(the stitch) when I was 12 weeks. And with that I am happy to say that am 23 weeks. Also, I have been at home for this whole pregnancy and I cant tell you how much that has helped as well. I have just a little advice to give. First, the Chinese believe that fibroids are due to surpressed feelings. Meaning to me, too much stress. Second, always always ask the sonogram people and your doctor to make sure your cervix is still closed throughout the pregnancy. Resting is the only thing that has worked for me when ever I get a little pain. And also, try to stay away from meat. The hormones that they inject into our meat can not possible help with a fibroid. Try your best to laugh a lot, and thank God for each day of pregnancy, even if you felt sick all day long. Good luck to all of you, I wish you all healthy strong babies.
