I just wanted to say that I bled as well spotting and so forth for the first two trimesters and pain both trimesters. My best was the first few weeks of my third trimester then I was miserable again due to just being huge and uncomfortable from being pregnant and on and off pain from fibroids....however, I did give birth to a beautful girl on aug 25....so don't worry I know its hard because I worried and read and worried and read and we all made it out...its tough but think positive no matter how scarey or hard it gets!!!
