Michelle, I recently suffered my fourth miscarriage in a year and a half. I was told by one doctor that I should take one baby aspirin a day because of a blood disorder. I also was taking prometrium 100 mg 2x a day. Unfortunately, I miscarried anyway. I wouldn't just start taking the baby aspirin if I were you. I would ask your doctor about it, and he might recommend doing some blood tests to be sure that the aspirin will help and not harm. After I miscarried, my new doctor performed some further blood tests, and I just received the results. It turns out that my blood levels have changed, and the baby aspirin did nothing but harm my pregnancy. We are looking at new treatments for a pregnancy in a couple of months.
