Kimberly--thanks for the post. I have miscarried now. My doc gave me Cytotec-sp? to prep for a D&C and it "worked" before I made it to the hospital. I've had 2 babies and it was VERY much like full-term labor. I've also read that the first 3 cycles after first trimester miscarrige are very fertile and we're hoping that holds true for us. The doses of progesterone seem to vary considerably...800 q day is much higher than most of the other women on this site are taking. How bad are the side effects? I'll be hitting my doc up for pre-conception prog., but am concerned about being able to work--I'm a nurse and am on my feet for 12 hours at a time. Thanks again for the response and congratulations on conceiving again.
